Construction

1.Conductor: Tinned flexible circular copper, 0.75, 1.0 & 1.5 sqmm (BS6360 class 5)
Tinned stranded circular copper, 2.5sqmm (BS 6360, class 2)

2.Insulation: EP-rubber, GP4 to BS 7655: section 1.2

3.Pair/Triple/Quad twisting :

Colour coded cores twisted together to m a pair, triple or quad, wrapped
with polyester tape. Pairs, triples or quads are laid up, collectively screened
with aluminium backed polyester tape with tinned copper drain wire. Pairs,
triples, or quads are identified by numbers printed directly on the insulated
conductors.

4.Inner covering : Flame retardant and halogen-free thermoset compound

5.Tape over inner covering : PET tape + rubberized Polyamide tape

6.Armour/screen : Galvanized steel wire braid

7.Tape over armour / screen : PET tape + rubberised Polyamide tape

8.Outer sheath : Flame retardant, halogen-free, enhanced oil-resisting thermoset compound (LSF), SW4 to BS 7655 section 2.6

9.Outer sheath color : Grey or Blue
